“Richard (Rich) is truly exceptional. We met him when we were searching for a home in Carbondale in the fall of 2022. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with Rich since we were set on buying in a nice neighborhood in Makanda and I’m so thankful I did. Rich was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always calls back very soon. Once we found the right place, he strategically got us the place within 2 days of it being on the market with a preemptive offer! He highlighted the concerns he had about the home and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and we wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. We also realized that Rich also truly understands how to sell houses and what repairs are necessary before someone lists them for sale.
